They also provide kayaking instruction and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Boat Transportation from Fajardo to Vieques in ferry. The tour typically lasts around 6-7 hours, from the ferry departure, usually starting in the early evening to maximize the experience of the bioluminescence.
